This shoot was for a repeat customer https://www.studio-104.com. It was shot at the world famous Savoy Hotel, in the ‘Heart of the hotel’, the Thames Foyer.
Because of the glamorous history of this iconic hotel, the desired look needed to be chic and elegant.
There were two separate looks on the day, the first being the waitress, and the second being the hostess.
The waitress’ make up was kept quite neutral and understated using soft brown and cream eyeshadows and a brown liner to define the eyes. For the lips I used a pale pink to give a hit of colour without it being to overpowering to the overall soft look.
The hostess however needed to be a little more glamorous to match her black evening style gown. So, I adapted the look using a darker grey shadow to create a stronger cut crease, and added a black kohl liner to both the lid and the water line to define the eyes. For the lips I used a darker red to compliment the stronger eye make up.
Hope you like it!
